We keep track of your refills and make sure they’re ready on time. Just relax and enjoy your time, and we’ll contact you when they’re ready.
Easy new prescription fills/transfers/refills
There are 3 ways to fill your medications with us, On our website, by calling us or even using our mobile app Diem® health for I.D.A. mobile apps.
MedsCheck
We can provide a review and assessment of your prescription medications and non-prescription medications to help ensure your medications are taken as prescribed and you are getting the most benefit from your medications.This program is funded by the Ontario Government for those who are eligible.
Medication Delivery
We can deliver it right to your door if you are unable to pick up your medication.
Medication Disposal
Do you have expired or unused medication? We can safely dispose of your medications, syringes, pen needles and lancets.
Medication Organization
We can organize your medications in 7-day blister packs to help ensure you’re taking the right medications at the right times.
Medication Synchronization
Do you have multiple prescriptions? You can now synchronize and pick up ALL of them at once. We will contact you once your prescriptions are due to renew. Ask the Pharmacy team about this service.
